Abstract:
      Although large-scale wind power integration will reduce the traditional fossil energy sources, the decoupling control of the doubly-fed wind turbine will reduce the power system inertia and frequency response ability. In response to this problem, this paper puts the wind turbine into the system frequency regulation system and proposes Frequency control method of island power system based on DFIG response control under different working conditions. First, the active frequency control mode of the doubly-fed wind turbine under different wind conditions and the coordinated control scheme under different wind conditions are studied; then, based on the in-depth analysis of the mechanism of the doubly-fed wind turbine participating in the frequency control, the start judgment of the wind turbine frequency control According to the calculation method of the reserve capacity of wind power, this method can reduce the reserve energy of wind power and avoid excessively reducing the consumption level of wind power under normal circumstances. Finally, through simulation verification, the proposed frequency control strategy can effectively participate in the system frequency control under different wind speed conditions, and significantly enhance the frequency stability level of high permeability wind power access to the power system.
