Abstract:
      The effective utilization of over modulation region is of great significance to improve the voltage utilization and torque output capability of PMSM in high-speed operation. The conventional overmodulation strategy emphasizes more on the improvement of DC bus voltage utilization, and ignores the dynamic performance of motor control system in high-speed state. In this paper, a dynamic overmodulation strategy based on dynamic voltage correction is proposed, which can effectively increase the DC bus voltage utilization ratio and improve the dynamic characteris-tics of the control system in the process of high-speed condition mutation. Simulation and experimental results show the effectiveness and supe-riority.
