Abstract:
      In order to study the circuit characteristics of high voltage low-ripple power supply with multistage voltage doubling rectifier, firstly, the main working principles is presented ,the equivalent circuit of voltage doubling rectifier is deduced. Then, the relation is discussed between the resonant component values choice and the realization of low-ripple , it is pointed out that the primary side peak current of transformer and the resonant inductance parameter are important factors for the circuit performance. Finally, the analytic expressions are deduced for the low-ripple of output voltage, a design method of the high voltage & low-ripple power supply which has the appropriate components is introduced. Here, the proposed design method can reflect the circuit characteristics accurately, the design process is introduced, the simulation results and experimental results are presented.
