Abstract:
      The operation condition of large scale tramcar is bad.,So the safety and stability of high power electronic equipment on board is high ,besides,the cost of debugging and maintenance is also high.In the early job of this paper, the braking energy recovery and utilization system of large scale tramcar based on the mixed energy storage of ultracapacitor and battery needs efficient and stable debugging and control software. In view of the above problems, this paper the 103 protocol in the field of relay protection is introduced into the communication protocol of high power electronic equipment on board. The software system of host computer is designed by using C#.NET platform, and the functions of host computer system are verified experimentally. The host computer uses C# program language to write the master program, uses thread optimization at the same time ,and uses the SQLite database to record basic data of the equipment and completes the user interface design with the control of Visual C# .Net platform and third party. In this paper, the laboratory dynamic model experimental platform of 300kW/1800V based on the braking energy recovery system of dump truck car based on super capacitor and battery is built, and the functions of the upper computer system are verified experimentally. The results show that, Upper computer can safely and stably control, debug and maintain the system. Finally, The system has been completed in the coal Ping shuo Anjialing open-pit coal mine Komatsu 730E dump truck car to complete the loading operation, the test results show that the system of all aspects of the effectiveness and reliability of the function.
