Abstract:
      There is an increasing demands on developing higher performances as safety, energy density, lifespan and reliability of lithium-ion batteries for modern electric vehicles. The consistency of the battery is vital to its performance, especially for the case of too many monomers exist in a battery pack . In this research, the charging and discharging experiments are performed using Shenhuo lithium-ion batteries, and the variations of the key parameters such as capacity, energy and internal resistance during discharge are analyzed, then the multi-parameter sorting method is adopted to obtain the comprehensive evaluation index function of capacity, energy and internal resistance. Furthermore, the curve variation of energy with time is selected base on the weight analysis index, to conduct dynamic sorting on the batteries after a multi-parameter presorting process, so as to give a better consistency on the lithium-ion battery modules.
