Abstract:
      In order to solve the problem that the traditional cascaded five-level inverter requires many switching devices, this paper introduces a five-switch h-bridge inverter topology that combines an auxiliary switching circuit with an h-bridge circuit. According to the characteristics of the working principle of this topology, the PWM modulation strategy is studied, and an improved PWM control method based on carrier phase-shifting pulse width modulation is proposed. According to the two-cell H bridge cascade, the waveform of five-level phase voltage is obtained by the single-pole frequency doubling cps-pwm modulation method, and the five-level voltage waveform is taken as the output target waveform of the five-switch h-bridge inverter. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the topology structure and control method are proved by simulation and experiment.
