Application of integrated filtering inductors transformer in the harmonic suppression of the 10kV prefabricated substation

Abstract:
      Considering the serious harmonic pollution of 10KV prefabricated substation, a new technical scheme to integrate the filtering inductors into the distribution transformer is proposed, and it avoids the large space occupied by air-core reactor in traditional passive filter or the noise of the iron core reactor. Firstly, the decoupling technique of filtering inductors integrated into transformer is analyzed. Then, based on the finite element simulation of 800kVA experimental prototype, coupling matrix and inductance matrix of transformer winding are calculated by the re-duced-order inductance matrix method, and field-circuit coupling simulation of the system is carried out with inductance matrix. Finally, the experimental prototype is tested of the filtering effect. The simulation and experimental results show that the integrated filtering inductors distri-bution transformer has good harmonic suppression effect, and integrated filtering inductors have the characteristics of decoupling with other winding, small space occupied and low noise.
