Abstract:
      Aiming at the existing harmonic current detection based on the hyperbolic tangent function variable step size LMS algorithm, there still exists the problem that the steady-state error and the convergence speed cannot satisfy the requirement at the same time. A variable step size LMS algorithm based on the hyperbolic tangent function is analyzed. Based on the improved variable step size algorithm, a new type of hyperbolic tangent function relationship between step size and error is established by using the mean time estimate of the error to control the update of the step size, reduce the steady state error, and improve the detection accuracy of the algorithm. At the same time, the weights are updated twice, and the results of the two iterations are taken as new weights to speed up the update of weights and improve the convergence speed of the algorithm. The algorithm has higher detection accuracy and faster response speed. The simulation results of Matlab/Simulink show that this algorithm has a good effect for harmonic current detection.
