Abstract:
      Aimed at the demand of high-gain and high-efficiency DC boost converters in the field of new energy, a post-cascade Boost converter based on active network is proposed by combining the characteristics of active network and cascade converters. First, the active network in the proposed converter is introduced. Then, the theoretical analysis and formula derivation of the working principle for the novel converter and its performance characteristics are carried out, and some of its performance characteristics are compared with those of other common DC boost converters. The comparison results show that the novel converter has characteristics of high voltage gain and small voltage stress in the switching tube and the diode. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed converter was proved by experiments.
