Abstract:
      The phenomenon of reactive power in a dual active bridge(DAB) DC/DC converter under dual-phase shift(DPS) control is analyzed, and the DPS control strategy for the DAB converter is optimized with the objective of reducing reactive power. In this way, the approximately optimal curve to control the reactive power is derived. On this basis, a variable-frequency phase shift hybrid control strategy is further proposed, which can ensure that the control parameters for the converter can be maintained at the best operating status. Finally, based on theoretical derivation, an experimental DAB platform was built, and experimental results verified the advantage of the proposed method in increasing the efficiency of the DAB converter.
