Abstract:
      In this paper, a kind of dual-switch flyback power supply with wide voltage range was designed, which was based on a variable-frequency control chip L6565D. Its input voltage range was 200~1 000 V, and it was usually used as an auxiliary power supply for the system in a photovoltaic(PV) power station. By collecting the changes in input voltage, the control chip L6565D can realize the regulation of current-limiting point on the current loop in different voltage segments; meanwhile, the transformer magnetic reset state was tested to control the two switch tubes to work in the bottom of conduction mode, thus achieving the soft-switch function. The quasi-resonant operating mode reduced the turn-on loss of the switch tube, improved the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) and the efficiency of the machine, and saved the cost. At present, this type of power supply has been successfully applied to PV systems with a satisfying effect.
