Abstract:
      With the continuous promotion of lithium-ion batteries,their safety are attracting more and more attention. When they work under extreme environment conditions,such as high and low temperature,or when they are not used according to regulations,such that they are over-charged,over-discharged,under short-circuit or impact, there will be accidents, e.g., explosion or fire. In this paper, the explosion mechanism and explosion time of lithium-ion batteries are classified and reviewed according to several causes to explosion.
