Abstract:
      A DC converter topology is proposed in this paper, which can realize DC isolation effect only with switch devices under zero-current switch(ZCS) and keep the output voltage adjustable in a certain range. The working principle and circuit model are analyzed under the steady-state conditions of the converter, and mathematical expressions of output voltage containing parasitic parameters are deduced. The isolation performance of the circuit is evaluated by touch current(TC), and the suppression scheme for common-mode current is discussed to promote the isolation effect. At last, an experimental prototype with wide bandgap(WBG) SiC MOSFET was designed, and the theoretical analysis was verified.
