Abstract:
      Power electronics is regarded to be the key technology in renewable energy and smart grid systems. It plays an important role in renewable energy generation, storage and connecting to the grid, and will be more and more important in the furture. In this paper, the prospect of the future renewable energy generation, energy storage and smart grid was proposed, and the emerging power electronics topics brought by the development of renewable energy was introduced.
