      为了解决高速铁路牵引供电系统中的负序、谐波电能质量问题,提出了一种基于YNvd平衡变压器的多电平铁路功率调节系统。采用了一种由四个多电平级联型H桥链与滤波电感组成的多电平铁路功率调节器(MRPC),并通过将MRPC一侧直接连接于YNvd平衡变压器二次侧β相分接头的方式,取代了通过降压变压器连接于供电臂的传统方法,减少了系统成本。分析了该系统的拓扑结构、等效模型及补偿原理,并根据补偿原理提出了一种由指令电流跟踪、环流抑制与链节电压平衡三层组成的分层控制策略,最后通过仿真验证了所提出理论的可行性与有效性。

      In order to solve the power quality problem of negative sequence current and harmonic current in high-speed railway power supply system, a railway power conditioner system based on YNvd balance transformer was proposed in this paper. This system adopted a novel multilevel railway power conditioner(MRPC)which consists of four H-Bridge links and corresponding output filter inductors. Different from the conventional railway power conditioner based compensation systems, this system integrated MRPC into the phase-β side flexible taps of YNvd balance transformer instead of into phase-b side feeder via a step-down transformer, thus the initial costs were reduced significantly. The topology structure, the equivalent model and the compensation principle were analyzed, furthermore, this paper came up with the hierarchical control on command current, circulating current restrainingand and link voltage balance. The simulation results showed the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed system.
