      近年来,随着储能技术性能的提高、成本的降低、电网供需矛盾的突出、以及激励政策的出台,长寿命、低成本、高能量转换效率的电池储能技术的经济性逐渐凸显,储能技术的应用正逐步由项目示范转向商业运营。但现阶段储能系统的技术、经济性能有限,尚不具备规模经济性,储能系统容量配置及经济性评估是储能项目示范和商业推广应用的前提。通过分析储能应用需求、国内政策环境,提出储能容量配置及经济性评估的必要性。总结分析储能在电力系统各环节的应用功能、储能技术类型及其参数、现阶段具备在电力系统中大规模应用的典型电池储能技术类型及技术经济指标现状、国内外典型储能示范工程、退役动力电池在电力系统中梯次应用的现状、以及储能容量配置及经济性评估研究现状。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, with the improvement of technology performance of energy storage system, reduction of cost, the prominent contradiction between power supply and demand, and the introduction of incentive policies, the economics of the battery energy storage technology featured long-life, low-cost, high-energy conversion efficiency are gradually highlighted. The application of energy storage technology has gradually shifted from demonstration to commercial operation. However, at present, the technical and economic performance of energy storage system is limited, and the economy of scale is not yet available. The capacity configuration and economic evaluation of energy storage system are prerequisites for the application of energy storage demonstration projects and commercial projects. By analyzing the energy storage application requirements and domestic policy environment, the necessity of energy storage capacity allocation and economic evaluation is proposed. The application functions, energy storage technology types and parameters of energy storage in all aspects of the power system, the current state of typical battery energy storage technology and the status of technical and economic indicators used in large-scale applications in power systems, and typical energy storage demonstration projects at home and abroad, the status of second-use of the retired power batteries in the power system and the status of the energy storage capacity allocation and economic evaluation, were analyzed and summarized.
