      高频功率源作为电场耦合式无线电能传输系统的重要组成部分,其工作效率关系着整个系统的效率,针对传统的高频逆变拓扑电路存在体积过大、设计复杂和逆变损耗高等问题,根据无线电能传输系统对所需电能的要求,设计了高频高效的E类功率放大器作为其前端的高频功率源。通过运用电路理论和ADS射频仿真软件对E类功放电路进行理论和仿真设计,并在此基础上制作实验样机。实验测试表明,所设计的E类功率放大器具有较高的电能转换效率,且电路体积小,工作稳定。

      High-frequency power source is an important part of the electrical-Field coupled wireless power transfer system, and its efficiency plays an essential role in the whole system, the traditional high frequency inverter topology circuits exist some problems of overlarge volume, complex design and high inverter loss, according to the requirements of the wireless power transfer system for power quality, this paper designs a high frequency high power class E power amplifier as the front-end power source. theoretical design and simulation design for class E power amplifier by circuit theory and ADS radio frequency simulation software, an experimental prototype has been constructed, the experimental results show that the developed class E power amplifier has advantages of high efficiency, small size, and excellent stability.
