      在车载充电器的工作环境中,双向DC-DC变换器主要任务有两个:宽电压范围和大功率密度。根据是否存在电气隔离,车载充电器的双向DC-DC变换器拓扑大致可分为非隔离型和隔离型。不同类型的变换器的拓扑结构和控制方法都不尽相同,相应的有着不同的性能表现,同时,宽禁带器件的发展也在提升双向DC-DC变换器性能方面表现出了巨大的潜力。本文将对这些拓扑和控制方法的演变过程进行一个详细地分类和总结,对新器件带来的影响也有综合的叙述,同时归纳目前仍存在的问题,最后提出对其的展望与总结。
英文摘要:
      Working in on-board charger, the bidirectional DC-DC converters have to face two challenges: wide voltage range and big power density. According to existence of galvanic isolation, bidirectional DC-DC converters used in on-board charger can be divided into non-isolated type and isolated type. The topologies and control methods are not identical in different converter types, and they behave different performance, too. In the meantime, the development of wide-bandgap devices have shown significant potential on promoting the performance of bidirectional DC-DC converters. This paper will classify and summarize the topologies and control methods of different converter types specifically. The problems at present are summarized, too. At the end, a forecast and a conclusion are given.
