      固态变压器SST(solid-state transformer)在智能电网和电传动系统应用中有广泛的应用前景,但是其硬件实现与控制策略非常复杂,降低了在实际应用中的竞争力。为此,提出了一种基于模块化结构的固态变压器的硬件设计,其主电路采用级联式H桥CHB(cascaded H-bridge)整流器+双主动全桥DAB(dual-active-bridge)隔离型直流/直流变换器+并联H桥逆变器方案,由于整个主电路仅由H桥电路构建而成,系统的模块化程度大大提高。同时,针对这种硬件结构提出了模块单元控制器与辅助电路的设计,使得系统的模块化程度进一步提高。模块化结构的固态变压器设计不仅极大地降低了其建造成本,也简化了其控制器的实现,增加了灵活性与可靠性。

      A solid-state transformer(SST) has extensive application prospects in the fields of smart grid and electr-ic drive system. However, the high complexity in hardware implementation and control strategy significantly lowers its competitiveness in practical applications. In this paper, an SST hardware design based on modular architecture was proposed. The power stage adopted a scheme, which consisted of a cascaded H-bridge(CHB) rectifier, a dual-active-bri-dge(DAB) isolated DC/DC converter, and a parallel H-bridge inverter. Since the whole power stage was only built by the same H-bridge, the level of the system's modularity can be significantly improved. Meanwhile, in coordination with the modular hardware architecture, the controller and auxiliary circuit for the circuit module were also designed to further improve the system's modularity. The proposed SST hardware design not only significantly reduced the construction cost of the overall system, but also simplified the implementation of the controller, thus improving the flexibility and reliability.
