      近年来,随着储能技术性能的提高、成本的降低、电网供需矛盾的突出以及激励政策的出台,长寿命、低成本、高能量转换效率的电池储能技术的经济性逐渐凸显,储能技术的应用正逐步由项目示范转向商业运营。但现阶段储能系统的技术和经济性能有限,尚不具备规模经济性,储能系统容量配置及经济性评估是储能项目示范和商业推广应用的前提。通过分析储能应用需求、国内政策环境,提出储能容量配置及经济性评估的必要性。总结分析了储能在电力系统各环节的应用功能、储能技术类型及其参数、现阶段具备在电力系统中大规模应用的典型电池储能技术类型及技术经济指标现状、国内外典型储能示范工程、退役动力电池在电力系统中梯次应用的现状、以及储能容量配置及经济性评估研究现状。
英文摘要:
      In recent years, with the improvement of energy storage technology, the reduction of cost, the prominent contradiction between power supply and demand, as well as the introduction of incentive policies, the economic advantages of battery energy storage technology, which features a long life cycle, low cost, and a high energy conversion efficiency, are gradually highlighted, and its applications have gradually shifted from demonstrations to commercial operations. However, at present, the technical and economic performance of energy storage system is limited, and the economy of scale is not yet available; in addition, the capacity configuration and economic evaluation for energy storage systems are prerequisites for the applications of energy storage demonstration projects and commercial projects. By analyzing the demand of energy storage applications and the domestic policy environment in China, the necessity of capacity allocation and economic evaluation for energy storage is proposed in this paper. The application functions of energy storage in different links of power system, types and parameters of energy storage technology, the types and status of technical-economic indicators of battery energy storage technology which have been used in power system with large-scale applications, the typical energy storage demonstration projects both at home and abroad, the current status of second-use of retired power batteries in power system, as well as the current research status of capacity allocation and economic evaluation for energy storage, are summarized and analyzed.
