      太阳能光伏发电技术的迅猛发展,尤其是光伏并网的大规模应用以及分布式光伏发电和微电网技术的兴起,使得光伏发电许多问题成为业界和学界的关注重点和研究热点。近年来,基于光伏逆变器系统结构和控制策略的研究以及SiC、GaN等宽禁带器件的商业化推进了光伏逆变器高效化和高功率密度化等方面的技术革新;大规模光伏发电系统中,MPPT算法、孤岛检测技术、电网适应性控制、分布式光伏发电系统的稳定和经济运行等的研究都取得了一定的成果。
英文摘要:
      The rapid development of solar photovoltaic technology, especially the large-scale application of photovoltaic grid connected and the rise of distributed photovoltaic power generation and micro-grid technology make many problems of photovoltaic power generation become the focus and research hot spot of the industry and academia. In recent years, based on the research of system structure and control strategy of PV inverter and the commercialization of wide bandgap devices such as SiC and GaN, the technical innovations in high efficiency and high power density of photovoltaic inverters have been promoted. Some achievements have been made in the research of large-scale photovoltaic power generation systems, such as photovoltaic inverter MPPT algorithm, islanding detection technology, grid system adaptability control, and the stability and economic operation in the distributed photovoltaic power generation system.
