      传统ICPT系统中,松耦合变压器的发射线圈(Tx)尺寸与接收线圈(Rx)尺寸的最优匹配参数的求取,一般通过系统建模来推出Tx和Rx间的互感,并辅以大量实验来获得,既缺少理论依据又浪费人力物力。针对这一问题,提出了一种通过仿真观察Rx中电流密度变化规律来获得Tx和Rx尺寸最优匹配参数的设计方法。首先求取单管逆变ICPT系统之原边并联副边并联(PP)结构下的系统去耦等效电路模型,据此推导出Rx上的电流密度与互感、系统传输功率及效率的关系;据此利用有限元仿真软件对Rx线圈电流密度随Tx线圈内外半径变化的规律进行了仿真,对Rx线圈电流密度及磁耦合线圈互感值随Tx线圈内外径半径变化的规律进行了仿真,并对Rx电流密度与互感变化对应的规律进行了对比。综合仿真结果确定了松耦合线圈最优尺寸下,Tx与Rx外径比值,该参数与企业通过实验总结出的经验值相吻合。

      In the traditional inductively coupled power transfer(ICPT) system, to calculate the optimal matching parameters between the transmitting(Tx) and receiving(Rx) coils of a loosely coupled transformer, the mutual inductance value between Tx and Rx coils is usually derived through system modeling, which is also supplemented by a large number of experiments. This process not only lacks a theoretical basis, but also wastes manpower and material resources. To solve this problem, a design method is proposed by simulating and observing the changing rules of current density of Rx coil to obtain the optimal matching parameters. First, the system decoupling equivalent circuit model, which adopts the structure of a single-switch inverter ICPT system with the primary and secondary coils in parallel, is used to derive the relations among current density, mutual inductance, system transmission power, and efficiency. Then, a finite element simulation software is used to simulate variations in the current density of Rx coil with the inner and outer radiuses of Tx coil, and variations in the current density of Rx coil and the mutual inductance of magnetically coupled coils with the inner and outer radiuses of Tx coil. In addition, the variations in the current density of Rx coil and the mutual inductance of magnetically coupled coils are compared. At last, according to the simulation results, the ratio of the outer radius of Tx to that of Rx is determined with the optimal size of loosely coupled coils, which is consistent with the empirical values obtained by one enterprise through experiments.
