      针对传统变频技术的不足,提出一种两相连续型阻塞式交交变频电源,具有传统变频技术所不具备的谐波含量少、功率因数高、功率器件少、控制简单和成本低廉等优势。依据阻塞控制策略对输入两相电网电压进行阻塞拼接变换,实现调频的目的;同时采用SPWM斩波调压技术对阻塞后电压进行斩波处理,进一步实现调压的目的。使用DS1104实时控制系统完成对控制策略的验证,并依靠STM320F2812实现控制策略的实施。进一步设计主功率电路及信号调理电路,完成变频电源的相关实验,获得了典型的实验结果。实验结果与理论分析相一致,验证了提出的两相连续型阻塞式变频电源的正确性与可行性,同时也为面向家用电器、工厂中小容量排风设备的节能及换流方式的改进提供理了论依据和实验指导。
英文摘要:
      In light of the disadvantages of the traditional frequency conversion technology, a two-phase continuous plugged-type AC conversion power supply is proposed, which has advantages such as low harmonic content, high power factor, few power devices, simple control and low cost. Based on the plugged-type control strategy, the input of two-phase grid voltage is blocked and spliced to realize frequency modulation. Meanwhile, SPWM chopper modulation technique is used to chop the voltage after blocking, thus realizing voltage regulation. This control strategy was verified by a DS1104 real-time control system, and it was realized by means of STM320F2812. Moreover, the main power circuit and signal conditioning circuit were designed, the relevant frequency conversion experiments were completed, and typical experi-mental results were obtained. The experimental results were consistent with the theoretical analysis, which confirmed the correctness and feasibility of the proposed two-phase continuous plugged-type frequency conversion power supply. At the same time, the research in this paper provides theoretical reference and experimental guidance for the improvement of energy conservation and conversion modes which are suitable for household appliances and small-and medium-capacity exhaust equipment used in factories.
