      介绍了海上采油平台上实际应用的一种低压变频器驱动的高压潜油电机系统构成,论述了系统中低电压变频器、三相正弦波滤波器、三相升压变压器、三芯长电缆和高压潜油电机等关键设备的选取原则。系统中的三相升压变压器主磁路磁密设计值比较低,以防止变频器采取低频电压补偿恒压频比控制方式起动潜油电机时,由于磁路饱和而引起的变频器输出电流直流暂态分量过大现象。为此,搭建了低频变频器高压驱动高压潜油电机系统仿真模型。仿真结果表明,该直流暂态电流分量幅值较大、衰减速度较慢。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduces the construction of a high-voltage submersible motor system driven by low-voltage frequency converter on offshore oil extraction platform, and presents the selection principles of low voltage frequency converter, three-phase sine wave filter, three-phase step-up transformer, three-core long cable, high pressure submersible motor and other key equipments. In the paper, main magnetic circuit's magnetic density of three-phase step-up transformer should be designed relatively low, which can prevent the phenomenon that the frequency converter output current's DC transient component is too large due to magnetic saturation when frequency converter takes mode of low-frequency voltage compensation with constant ratio of voltage and requency to drive the submersible motor. Simulation model of a high-voltage submersible motor system driven by low-voltage frequency converter is sets up. The simulation results show that the DC transient current component is large and the decay rate is slow.
