      为实现滞后臂开关管的零电流开关,在移相全桥变换器功率变压器的副边加入了有源箝位电路。同时,该有源箝位环节还能对输出整流二极管上的寄生振荡起到很好地抑制作用。为分析有源箝位环节的抑制作用及有源箝位环节相关参数对抑制作用的影响,将有源箝位环节对输出整流二极管寄生振荡的抑制过程分为两个阶段进行深入分析,并详细讨论了两个关键参数对寄生振荡抑制效果的影响及其设计原则。最后,通过1台4.8 kW/300 V、开关频率为20 kHz的实验样机对理论分析及有源箝位环节对输出整流二极管寄生振荡的抑制作用进行了验证。
英文摘要:
      To realize zero-current switching for switches on a lagging leg, an active clamp circuit was added to the secondary side of a power transformer in a phase-shift full-bridge converter. Meanwhile, the parasitic oscillation at the output rectifier diode was effectively reduced by the introduced active clamp circuit. To analyze the reduction effect of the active clamp circuit and the influence of its relevant parameters, the process of parasitic oscillation reduction was divided into two stages, which were further analyzed in depth. In addition, the influence of two key parameters on the reduction effect was discussed in detail, together with the corresponding design principle. Finally, the above analysis and the reduction effect were verified by experimental results from a 4.8 kW/300 V, 20 kHz prototype.
