      研究了一种高增益Z源逆变器的主电路寄生电阻对电路性能的影响。以有源箝位软开关变压器型准Z源逆变器SSTZSI(soft-switching trans-Z-source inverter)为例,运用状态空间平均法建立了电路模型,推导出寄生参数影响下逆变器直流链升压比和效率表达式,分析了逆变器电压增益、工作效率与各元器件寄生电阻的关系。在具体的功率等级下,通过仿真测试以及实验验证了电压增益、工作效率与寄生参数的关系,主电路寄生电阻对电路效率影响明显,尤以电感一次侧ESR为盛。为电路设计及优化提供了理论依据。
英文摘要:
      The influence of parasitic-resistance of the main circuit in a high gain Z-source inverter on the performance of the circuit was studied in this paper. A soft-switching trans-Z-source inverter(SSTZSI) with active clamp was taken as an example, and its circuit model was established using the state space averaging method. The expressions of boost ratio and efficiency of inverter DC link were deduced under the influence of parasitic parameters. The relations among inverter voltage gain, working efficiency, and the parasitic resistance of components were analyzed. At a specific power level, through simulation tests and experimental verification, the relation diagram of voltage gain, working efficiency, and parasitic parameters was drawn. It is indicated that the parasitic resistance of the main circuit has an obvious influence on the efficiency of the circuit, especially on the primary side of the inductor ESR. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of inverter circuit.
