中文摘要:
      针对光伏发电系统中光伏电池板输出电压低,而要求其并网逆变器前端直流母线输入电压高的特点,提出了一种非隔离型高增益DC-DC升压变换器。对其工作原理和性能特点进行了详细的理论分析。并制作了一台输出功率为200 W的实验样机,实验结果表明该变换器具有如下特点:在相同占空比的条件下,变换器具有2倍于传统Boost拓扑结构的电压增益;变换器中两有源开关管的电压应力为传统Boost电路中有源开关管电压应力的一半;变换器中两电感电流一直相等而无需任何均流控制,外加两有源开关管采用同步控制,控制策略简单。
英文摘要:
      For PV panel output voltage is low in photovoltaic system, and the requirements to the grid inverter's front-end DC bus input voltage is high characteristics, a novel non-isolated high-gain DC-DC Boost converter is proposed in this paper. The detailed theoretical analysis about its working principle and performance characteristics have been given. On this basis, a experimental prototype of output power about 200 W is made, and the experimental results show that the converter has the following characteristics, such as, under the condition of the same duty cycle, the converter voltage gain is twice of the conventional Boost topology; the voltage stress of the active switch tube in the converter is the half of the output voltage, that is half of traditional Boost topology's voltage stress of the active switch tube; the converter's two inductor currents are equal without any flow control and the two active switch tube have synchronous control all the time, so the control strategy is simple.
