      为给电动汽车动力电池安全自动地充满电,设计开发了一款基于DSP芯片TMS320F28020的车载充电机,采用半桥DC/DC拓扑结构,设计了适用于高频脉冲的变压器隔离驱动电路;通过软件编程实现充电策略,详细介绍了充电机硬件结构电路和软件程序流程。实验样机的测试结果证明了系统软、硬件设计的可行性。
英文摘要:
      An on-board charger based on TMS320F28020 DSP chip was developed to charge electric vehicles safely and automatically. A half-bridge DC/DC topological structure was adopted, and a transformer isolation drive circuit was designed, which was suitable for high-frequency pulses. The charging strategy was realized through software programming, and the hardware structure of the charger circuit and the flow chart of software program were introduced in detail. Moreover, tests were carried out an experimental prototype, and the results proved the feasibility of the design of system software and hardware.
