      为了更加准确便捷地估计铅酸电池的充放电性能和健康状态,提出了一种简化的机理模型。首先,基于经典的铅酸电池机理模型,对电极动力学过程、开路电势和固相电势平衡过程进行了近似处理;然后,针对简化模型的控制方程,采用伽辽金法进行求解,选取余弦函数作为试函数。最后,针对不同工况进行仿真验证,实验结果证明该模型具有很高的仿真精度。简化模型的提出使得铅酸电池机理模型兼顾了精确度和复杂程度,为机理模型用于电池端电压行为的在线仿真和健康状态的评估提供了一定的理论基础。

      To estimate the charging-discharging performance and the health status of a lead-acid battery more accurately and conveniently, a simplified mechanism model was put forward. First, the electrode kinetics, open circuit potential, and solid-phase potential equilibrium were approximated based on the classical mechanism model of lead-acid battery. Then, aiming at the control equations in the simplified model, Galerkin Method was applied to solve the governing equations, and cosine function was selected as the shape function. Finally, the model was verified under different operation conditions. Experimental results showed that the model had a high simulation precision. The simplified model takes both accuracy and complexity into account, which provides a theoretical basis for the mechanism model to be applied to the online simulation and health status evaluation on the terminal voltage profiles of a battery.
