      相比较传统硬开关电路,软开关逆变器可以显着地提高效率和功率密度。为了能够更加有效地设计软开关逆变器中的电路参数,探讨了IGBT器件零电压关断损耗和磁性元件磁芯损耗的测试和建模方法。该方法包括测试过程中探头延时校准、测试平台的设计以及测试得到的损耗数据拟合为数学模型的方法,利用该方法对典型IGBT模块的关断损耗进行评估和选择,结合磁性元件的损耗模型对软开关逆变器进行了损耗分析和优化设计。根据理论计算结果设计了1台30 kW软开关逆变器样机,实验结果验证了该动态损耗模型的准确性,并且实现了高功率密度和高效率的设计目标。

      Compared to the conventional hard-switching inverter, soft-switching inverter is a feasible way to achieve both high efficiency and high power density. In order to design the key parameters of the soft-switching inverter, this paper proposes a measuring and modeling method of the dynamic losses including zero-voltage turn-off loss and magnetic core loss. The method concludes the way to calibrate the delay time of the voltage and current probe, the way to design the test platform, and the way to fit the measured values into mathematical models. Based on the proposed method, several typical IGBT modules are tested. Combining the test results of the magnetic core, loss breakdown and optimum design are implemented on the soft-switching inverter. In this paper, a 30 kW soft-switching inverter prototype is built based on the design. The experimental results prove the accuracy of the dynamic loss models, and both high power density and high efficiency are achieved.
