      为设计可靠性高的高功率密度电机控制器,计算绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)模块的损耗和结温至关重要。以某电动汽车用高功率密度电机控制器为研究对象,分析了利用数据手册计算IGBT模块损耗和结温的方法,利用FLUENT软件计算出实际冷却水温度下的热阻值,解决了数据手册中热性能数据不完善的问题。基于Matlab软件的M语言开发了损耗及结温计算程序,可以计算出不同工况下的损耗和结温等重要参数,为电机控制器的热设计提供指导。
英文摘要:
      To design high reliability and high power density motor controller, it is very important to calculate the loss and junction temperature of the Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor(IGBT) module. In this paper, based on a high power density motor controller used for electric vehicle, a calculation method of loss and junction temperature of IGBT module by using data manual is analyzed, thermal resistance under actual cooling water temperature is calculated by FLUENT software, to solve the problem of incomplete thermal performance data in the data manual. A loss and junction temperature calculation programme is developed based on Matlab, and important parameters such as power loss and junction temperature can be calculated in different conditions, which could provide guidance for the thermal design of the motor controllers.
