      为提高DC-DC工作增益,提出一种基于开关电感/电容的新型高增益Boost变换器。该新型变换器综合了开关电感和开关电容的优点,降低功率元件的电压应力,实现对导通电阻较小的功率元件的选择,减小功率元件的导通损耗,使得变换器能应用于增益较大、元器件电压应力较小的场合。基于开关电感/电容的新型高增益Boost变换器的工作原理进行理论分析,并设计制造了一台原理样机。通过和实验验证了理论分析的正确性。
英文摘要:
      To improve the DC-DC gain, a new type of high-gain Boost converter was proposed based on switched inductor/capacitance. The new converter combined the advantages of switched inductor/capacitance and reduced the voltage stress of power devices, thus realizing the selection of power devices with lower conduction resistance. Moreover, the conduction loss of power devices was reduced, so that the converter could be applied to occasions with higher-gain and smaller voltage stress of devices. The theoretical analysis and simulation of the working principle of the new type high-gain Boost converter were conducted, and a prototype was designed and manufactured. Experiments verified the theoretical analysis.
