    摘要:

    电机控制器IGBT模块是实现电能转换和电机控制的重要组件之一,通常工作在复杂工况下,其可靠性对整个电驱动系统的稳定至关重要。通常情况下,IGBT的损耗分析采用手册公式法直接求取,忽略温升对IGBT模块的影响,针对此问题本文提出了一种热耦合分析的方法:建立IGBT模块的损耗计算模型,在此基础上构建热网络模型进行结温估算,再用温升估算结果修正损耗计算模型。搭建了电机控制器仿真模型,对IGBT结温和损耗进行了仿真;并通过电机控制器温升实验,验证了该热耦合分析方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    The IGBT module of motor controller is one of the important components to realize electric energy conversion and motor control. It usually works in complex conditions, and its reliability is very important for the stability of the whole electric drive system. Normally, IGBT loss analysis using the method of manual formula to calculate directly, ignore the influence of temperature rise of IGBT module, for this problem is proposed in this paper a method of thermal coupling analysis: establish loss calculation model of IGBT module, on the basis of the building thermal network model for junction temperature estimation, reoccupy, loss calculation model for temperature estimation results. The simulation model of the motor controller is built, and the junction temperature and loss of IGBT are simulated. The effectiveness of the thermal coupling analysis method is verified by temperature rise experiment of motor controller.
