    摘要:

    为了提高双移相控制的双有源桥(DAB)变换器负载切换的动态响应性能及减小电流应力,研究了一种改进型双移相(NDPS)控制方法,通过改变传统双移相(TDPS)控制內移相角移动方向,重构了传输功率与移相比的关系,增大了移相比调节范围。论文研究了电流应力最小化条件下双移相控制最优移相比的求解方法,对比分析了NDPS与TDPS控制方式负载切换时的动态响应特性。最后搭建了DAB变换器实验平台对理论分析进行实验验证,实验结果表明,轻载条件下,基于电流应力最小化方法得到的最优移相比组合可以有效减小电流应力,同时NDPS比TDPS控制方式有更好的动态响应特性

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the dynamic response performance of load switching and reduce current stress of Dual Active Bridge (DAB) Converter with Dual Phase Shift control. A Novel Dual Phase Shift (NDPS) control method is studied , the shifting direction of the internal shift phase in Traditional Dual Phase Shift (TDPS) is changed with NDPS control method, the relationship between the transmission power and shift ratio is reconstructed, and the adjusting range of shift ratio is increased. This paper focuses on the solution method of optimal shift ratio of DPS under the condition of current stress minimization, the dynamic characteristics under load switching condition of NDPS and TDPS control are compared and analyzed. Finally, the experimental platform of DAB converter is built to verify the theoretical analysis, the experimental results show that under light load, the Optimal shift ratio based on the current stress minimization can effectively reduce the current stress, at the same time, NDPS has better dynamic response characteristics than TDPS control method.
