    摘要:

    对于多相交错Buck变换器,通常采用双闭环控制器调控输出电压,采用均流控制器平衡电感电流。然而,均流环与双闭环往往存在耦合,平衡电感电流的过程会影响输出电压。为此,提出了一种解耦的平均电流均流控制方法,使输出电压调节和电感电流平衡互不影响。首先,介绍了n相交错Buck变换器的工作原理,建立了状态空间平均模型,并推导了传递函数的表达式;其次,在电路参数一致的情况下,阐述了实现控制环解耦的条件,并以此为基础提出了一种解耦的平均电流均流控制方法,可实现双闭环和均流环之间的解耦;然后,考虑电路参数不一致的情况,采用数值计算的方法,分析了参数差异对控制环耦合程度的影响;最后,实验结果验证了所提控制方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    For multiphase interleaved Buck converters, the dual closed-loop controller is commonly applied to regulate the output voltage, and the current balancing controller is applied to balance the inductor current. However, the current balancing loop and dual closed-loop are often coupled, and the balancing process of inductor current will affect the output voltage. In this paper, a decoupled average current balancing control method is proposed, so that the output voltage regulation and inductor current balance do not affect each other. First, the working principle for an n-phase interleaved Buck converter is introduced, its state space averaging model is established, and the expressions of each transfer function are derived. Second, under the condition that the circuit parameters are consistent, the conditions for implementing the decoupling between control loops are expounded. On this basis, a decoupled average current balancing control method is proposed, which can achieve the decoupling between the dual closed-loop and current balancing loop. Afterwards, considering the inconsistency between circuit parameters, the numerical calculation method is applied to analyze the influences of parameter differences on the degree of coupling between control loops. Finally, experimental results validated the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
