    摘要:

    为了提高Boost变换器电压增益、减小支路电感电流纹波、减弱开关管电压应力、减小变换器体积,提出了一种新型带有开关电感及开关电容的交错并联磁集成Boost变换器。相对于传统交错并联Boost变换器而言,利用2个开关电感单元代替储能电感,2个电容及4个二极管构成开关电容,对所提出的拓扑进行理论分析、仿真及实验验证。结果表明,在占空比0.5 < D < 1情况下,新型变换器的电压增益为传统交错并联Boost变换器的2(1+D)倍,电压应力减弱为输出电压的1/2,电流纹波也得到了很大改善,同时减小了变换器的体积。

    Abstract:

    To improve the voltage gain of a Boost converter, and reduce the branch inductance current ripple, the voltage stress of switches, and the converter volume, a novel interleaved magnetic integrated Boost converter with switched inductor and switched capacitor is put forward. Compared with the traditional interleaved Boost converter, two switched inductor units are used to replace the energy-storage inductor, and two capacitors and four diodes are used to form a switched capacitor. On this basis, the theoretical analysis, simulations, and experimental verification were conducted on the proposed topology. Result shows that when the duty ratio D satisfies 0.5 < D < 1, the voltage gain of the novel converter is 2 (1+D) times that of the traditional interleaved Boost converter. In addition, the voltage stress was reduced to half the output voltage, and the current ripple was also greatly improved, thereby reducing the converter volume.
